Story Overview:
This chapter of my book is called Hurting Myself. This chapter is about how some teens deal with their pain in unhealthy ways. In this chapter there was a mini story named The Meeting, in this mini story it talked about a young female that had a meeting with her school officals. The reasson why they had a meeting is because they heard that she wasn't eating right and wanted to check up on her and tell her family. Also in this chapter there was a poem named Anorexia. This poem talked about someone who overcame Anorexia. My favorite line in this poem is "Im a puppet on a string and you, the puppeteer. You control my every move' you fill my soul with fear". I like this line because it shows how Anorexia can make a young teen feel and how it can control thier lives.
